    1. To install the extension
    2. A new tab will open and you will be taken to the Extension page.
    3. Here you need to click on the 'Add' button and the extension will be added to your browser, like any other extension.

    4. Once this is completed, the extension would have been installed on your browser and you can see it in the browser's list of Extensions.
    5. Now pin the extension

    6. Now you can start using
  • Extensions are reviewed and well evaluated by Google's technical team. Only then are they made available for download to end users.

    • Please wait for WhatsApp web to load properly. Check if your WhatsApp is loaded. Your phone should be connected to internet for WhatsApp to load. Once the WhatsApp tab is loaded, the system gets initialized and loads automatically. Until then, it waits for WhatsApp to load. Kindly check the WhatsApp tab.

  • This message appears when you have exhausted the limit that is available for the day. As a PRO user, you can change your daily limit as per your need from the Settings page.


    Note: A daily limit helps you to not send too many messages especially if you are used to doing so. In short this feature acts as a checkpoint.

  • This could have happened due to an incorrect syncronization that might have happened during the browser startup. To get this resolved, please close your browser fully and then reopen it (all the open tabs). You should be able to start sending messages. In case you are still having issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

  • Yes, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the application. Here you can set the Default Country.

  • The free version of WAExpresso gives you access to the below features:

    1. Message to any valid Number
    2. The recipient need not be in your contact list
    3. Text to any number, subject to the terms and conditions of the messaging application that you are using
    4. Message to any number in any country across the world
    5. Configure default country, so that you do not have to type it everytime
    6. Messages can have formatted text like bold, strikethrough, italic
    7. EMOJI can also be used in the message
    8. Download contacts available in a group in Excel format

  • Currently we support English, Arabic, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay. In case you have any language other than the above to be supported you can raise a query with our support team. Note: Please note that these are just the languages available for the application, however your message can be in any language.

  • We run on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Chromium, Brave currently. Support for other browsers will be added as and when they are made available.



  • For Pro Users

  • You can send any attchment like pdf, catalog, contact, document, photo, image, video.

    1. Click on the WAExpresso icon and then in the Options tick the Attachment checkbox.
    2. You can see the different type of attachment(s) that you can send. Please select the type of your attachment.
    3. Select the files from your storage.
    4. After selecting the attachments, click on the Send button.
    5. First the attachments will be sent to your own number.
    6. Now click on the WAExpresso icon and type the list of Whatsapp numbers, message and click on the Send button.
    7. You can see that your message and attachment have been sent.

  • Sending messages from Excel is the most commonly used PRO feature.

    1. Click on the WAExpresso icon and then click on UPLOAD EXCEL button.
    2. The Excel upload page opens. Click on 'Get Sample Excel'.
    3. The sample page opens up. Download the sample file from this page.
    4. Update your recipient Whatsapp numbers in the Excel. You can see that the data starts at ROW NUMBER 9 and ends at ROW NUMBER 24.
    5. Click on CHOOSE FILE and select your file. In case you want to send to only some numbers, enter your START and END row numbers. If not, do not enter anything in these 2 fields. Click on NEXT.
    6. You can see the various options to configure. Select the required Options. Click on NEXT.
    7. If you want to see a preview of your file contents, click on PREVIEW.
    8. To start sending messages, click on SEND MESSAGE. The results appear on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of this same page. You can PAUSE and PLAY or STOP while sending messages.
    9. Once the process is completed click the DOWNLOAD RESULT CSV link to download the result.
    10. The message sent will look like this.

    1. Click on the WAExpresso icon and then click on UPLOAD EXCEL button.
    2. The Excel upload page opens. Click on 'Get Sample Excel'.
    3. The sample page opens up. Download the sample file from this page.

  • The Pro feature is an enhancement of the free version of WAExpresso. It gives you access to the below features in addition to the ones available in the free version :

    1. Customize your messages that is being sent to your customers / subscribers
    2. Set a Message signature, which will be sent with any message you send from WAExpresso
    3. Download the messaging result Status in Excel
    4. Run filter to remove invalid numbers
    5. Specify the number of seconds to wait between sending messages
    6. Pause, stop or resume the messaging service while it is in progress

  • The Pro feature is activated immediately upon confirmation of the payment. In case you have any difficulties please contact our support team or drop us an email at info@waexpresso.com

    If you are still unable to see the Pro features, try the below steps :

    1. Once activated the following message will be shown

    2. In case you are getting the below message, contact admin.

  • While sending your message, check the 'Auto Delete' check box, before sending the messages.

  • 'Start' and 'Stop' are the start and end row numbers in the Excel to whom messages are to be sent

  • Delay is the number of seconds to wait between sending a message. If you want the same delay time for all messages give the number of seconds in the 'Delay' box.
    In case you want to give a different delay for each message check the 'Random Delay' checkbox.

  • Random String is an article spinner. It substitutes text into additional, unique, alternate words. Let us see how to use it.

    1. For example, my message is
      Hi John,
      We have interview at 10AM tomorrow.
      Thanks
      Admin.
    2. Let us use Random String for 'Hi'.
    3. First, we change our message like this:
      {RandomString1} John,
      We have interview at 10AM tomorrow.
      Thanks
      Admin.
    4. Write all the alternate text for RandomString1 in the 'Random String 1' box on the Options page, i.e. write Hi, Hello, Good Morning, Hey in that box.
    5. Messages will be sent like
      Hi John...
      Hello John...
      Good Morning John...
      Hey John...
      Alternate text are randomly selected.
    6. You can also have multiple Random Strings in your message.
      {RandomString1} John,
      We have {RandomString2} at 10AM {RandomString3}.
      {RandomString4}
      {RandomString5}

      RandomString1 = Hi, Hello, Good Morning, Hey
      RandomString2 = interview,meeting

    2. Click on the 'Download Result CSV' link to get the result file

  • You can activate the current license for an alternate number in case you want to start using another number. There are 2 ways to do this

    1. Login to your WAExpresso account.
    2. Click on the Services Section.

    3. You can view your current active subscription.
    4. Click on Actions button and then on 'Change Number'

    5. You can now select the number you want to replace with and type in the new number. Please note that you can change your number only once in 30 days.
    If you are not registered on WAExpresso, you can register now or alternatively contact admin.
